We operate a dedicated global capture network — not crowdsourced, not scraped. Every frame in our training corpus is recorded with consistent methodology, proper consent, and annotation protocols designed for AI-grade quality.

Our models are trained to understand physical work — not to be locked into any inference stack. We export to all major open formats and optimize across every target: cloud inference, edge deployment, and air-gapped industrial hardware.

Most computer vision systems are trained on benchmark data that looks nothing like real work — staged clips, narrow conditions, homogeneous environments. They perform well on tests, then fail on the factory floor.
Phronesio was built on a different assumption: that AI which needs to understand human labor must be trained on the full complexity of human labor — the variation, the interruption, the context-switching, the tools, the physical environments.
Our data collection arm exists because we couldn't find that data anywhere. Our models are platform-agnostic because the work happens in places that aren't cloud-connected. We build for the physical world as it actually is.
